Ensure that you have location services and mobile data “ON”. Else, please provide your boarding pass ticket and name or last 4 digits of your mobile number to verify your identity.
Your driver will manually board you via the driver application.
*Please take note that boarding is not allowed without a valid boarding pass and you are required to report the issue to SWAT through in app feedback if the problem persists.*
