What should I do if I forgot my password?

You can reset your password in the SWATBiz App by clicking 'Forget Password', please follow the instructions prompted on the screen.

At the bottom of the page, tap on  ‘Forgot password’ and you will be sent a one-time password (OTP) to reset your password.
