Dear Passengers,
We have received feedback that some passengers have missed the employee bus despite waiting at the designated bus stop. This may be due to the bus being unable to stop at the public bus stop for an extended period because of incoming public buses.
To ensure you do not miss your ride, please take note of the following:
- Primary Pick-Up Point: The bus will stop at the designated bus stop whenever possible.
- Alternative Pick-Up Point: On some days, due to traffic conditions, the bus may stop slightly further ahead at the entrance of the construction site to pick up passengers.
We advise all passengers to look out for the bus route number and vehicle plate provided on the app, and check both the bus stop and the entrance of the construction site for the bus. Please be alert and move towards the bus promptly when it arrives.
